We were fortunate enough to interview up and coming artist Phantom Boy.
When did you realise that you had a passion for music?
From the age of 14 I began to attend the casting of musical groups until I was 16, I was able to audition a youth band in Venezuela and remain as one of the leaders of the group.
Who are your main inspirations as an artist?
Justin Timberlake, Phill Collins, Pharrell Williams, Michael Bubble, Timbaland.
What would you like to achieve as an artist?
One of my main goals is to enter the market as a European and the Asian the Japanese Chinese market.
What is your most memorable moment while being an artist?
When I enter the studio to create and record new songs are my best moments but definitely when I ride on a stage and see the face of my fans.
What is the biggest artist you’ve worked with?
I admire many but one I worked with many years ago was in a recording studio in Miami Florida and I met a young Thomas Torres with whom I felt very identified and with the passing of the years and seen as he has grown as a composer and music producer today is one of the great young producers of Latin music who has been able to work with Ricky Martin, Alicia Keys, Alejandro Sanz among many others but I admire him a lot.
Tell us a little more about your recent project?
I just finished the album in Portuguese of Sweet Candy Caramelo which I really liked recording and right now I am in the post-production of the Phantom Boy 2020 album, which will be released in mid-September with a disk with which it is a box of musical surprises.
What should we be looking forward to from you in the future?
Well you come many things for the end of the year as for the year 2020, I have two films to produce which I wrote, and I have a television program which will animate, as well as continue with the music without stopping.
