Interview With Theo: 'I have a lot of love and passion for the music'

We were fortunate enough to interview artist Theo.

When did you realise that you had a passion for music?

I knew I had a passion for music since I was around 7 years old. I would listen to songs and the ones I really loves, I would always envision myself performing them in front of thousands of people.

Who are your main inspirations as an artist?

My main inspirations as an artist are Jay-Z, Kanye West, Pharrell, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Andre 3000, and Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Freddie Gibbs

What would you like to achieve as an artist?

I would to be considered a legend in the music industry by the time I leave this Earth. It's not about the money for me, I have true love for music and I just want a chance for people to hear my passion.

What is your most memorable moment while being an artist?

When I recorded my first single. I was in a closet for 7 hours straight putting this song together with my brother (my producer at the time).

Who is the biggest artist you’ve worked with?

My brother and my friend are the only artists I've worked with. their stage names are Maza and Devante'_ll

Tell us a little more about your recent project?

I really poured a lot into my recent project. There are only seven songs but I would rather have seven excellent songs than 5 OK songs on a 25 track album. I had to dig deeper into my mind and pull from some things that I never have before. I got really personal and I wanted to make sure that people anywhere in the world that listen to it can relate to it.

What should we be looking forward to from you in the future?

A lot of hard work and a lot more consistent and honest projects. That is a promise.

Is there anything else you would like to tell our readers?

I'm just a young dude trying to get off the ground with his music and I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out. I have a lot of love and passion for the music and if you guys listen to it I think you would be able to hear for yourself.
