Meet Joe$tarr — the Next Big Thing in Hip-Hop
Move over, there's a new talent on the underground hip-hop scene — and he's about to blow up into the mainstream. Meet Joe$tarr, a self-described "pretty boi" who's about to shake the rap game.
Joe$tarr only started making music 6 months ago, but he's on his way to becoming a household name. He gained 2,000 followers after he dropped his first track, "Look at the Bag." The next step? Superstardom.
Born in Southside Jamaica, Queens, New York City, Joe$tarr developed his skills by performing showcases in all the New York boroughs every week — The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, you name it. He's taken over the city, and now he's going to take over the world.
"In high school, they use to think I was a joke but now people are looking at me like I’m the next big thing coming out of the city," says Joe$tarr, who has worked with other local independent artists like Plug Hendrix and King Wixard. His motto? "Moonlight drowns out all but the brightest stars." Combining the latest hip-hop beats with the sickest production, Joe$tarr spits lyrics like no-one else in the game right now. "Look at the bag, it's brand new. Look at the swag, it's brand new," he raps on "Look at the Bag." His flow is tight, and his swag will emanate from your speakers.
"I’m on the rise and I will become superstar soon," he says. "People are starting to tune into my music career now."
You can listen to Joe$tarr on Soundcloud, Apple Music, and Spotify, and follow him on Insta. Joe$tarr will release his first album soon.
